GraceGoldenPup.com – Transparent & Trustworthy Refund Policy for Golden Retriever Puppy Buyers

At GraceGoldenPup.com, your satisfaction and your puppy’s well-being are our top priorities. We believe in ethical breeding practiceshonest communication, and clear refund terms to ensure a positive experience when adopting one of our healthy Golden Retriever puppies.

No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind

Please note that all puppy purchases are final once a deposit or full payment is made. Due to the personalized nature of preparing a puppy for its new home, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lifestyle or schedule changes

  • Landlord or housing issues

  • Pet allergies discovered after purchase

  • Uninformed family member decisions

We encourage all buyers to be 100% sure and committed before placing a reservation.

Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a Golden Retriever puppy are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another available puppy or a future litter within 12 months.

Deposits cover:

  • Vet checks

  • Puppy care

  • Reservation holding

  • Administrative costs

This policy helps us maintain fairness to other committed families on our waiting list.

Refunds for Health-Related Issues (If Applicable)

We proudly back our puppies with a 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee. If a life-threatening genetic condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian (and confirmed by our vet), you may be eligible for one of the following:

  • replacement puppy of equal value, OR

  • partial or full refund, depending on the situation and diagnosis

To qualify, the buyer must:

  • Provide a detailed vet report within 72 hours of diagnosis

  • Have complied with our Health Guarantee responsibilities (see Health Guarantee Page)

Refunds Related to Delivery

If you’ve chosen our Ground Transport or Flight Nanny delivery service and the delivery is delayed or canceled due to weather, airline restrictions, or emergencies, we will:

  • Reschedule the delivery at no additional cost, OR

  • Offer a delivery fee refund (if delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe)

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable once a puppy is in transit unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Exceptional Situations

In very rare cases, where a puppy must be returned due to documented behavioral or medical concerns, we may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. This is only valid if:

  • The puppy is returned within 10 days

  • A vet or behaviourist confirms the issue

  • The puppy is in good physical condition and has not been neglected

Shipping or return transport costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
